June 18 2007 Frederick Maryland – Catoctin Kettle Korn was purchased by Pelican LLC, a Maryland based family company today.  Managing Member Bryan Casey and his wife Jennifer Casey of Middletown, Maryland are the sole members of Pelican LLC. 

“Our intention is to deepen the awareness of the great products Catoctin Kettle Korn already offers while expending the distribution channels through which customers currently acquire the products,” Said Mr. Casey.  “I have lived in Frederick all my life and didn’t realize we had such wonderful products until I stumbled upon them.” 

Catoctin Kettle Korn Changes Its Name

November 1, 2007 Frederick, Maryland – Pelican LLC managing member Bryan Casey today announced that Catoctin Kettle Korn will be changing its name and look.  The new name will be Catoctin Popcorn Company.
